Good starter for brass!

I’m a brass player and teacher and find these things (pBuzz) a really useful starter. They’re cheap enough that a class set is affordable. There are no instructions with them, so you’ll need either a teacher or to find some help online. It is possible to play them with your own small bore trombone mouthpiece. My 5 year old has decided he wants to play trombone. Except we cannot find him lessons until he is 2-3 years older. Sounds great!

I bought the pBone for my son as he wanted to learn how to play the trombone, but the brass one was a bit too heavy to handle. At a fraction of the weight and the added benefit of choosing a color made pBone the only choice, and it sounds great as well! Absolutely love my pTrumpet

I do a lot of busking around town and my girlfriend bought me a pTrumpet. It's amazing how much it sounds, feels, and  plays like a brass trumpet. It's a real conversation starter too.
